- Opens for new items
    DAC Summit feedback
    DesignCon East Summit planning
    RAMP keyword checking

The general consensus on the IBIS DAC summit was very positive.
There were approximately 19 folks, which is down a little from previous
summits. Feedback of the IBIS quality update at DAC presented by Kim
Helliwell was very positive. There was also discussion of the Open
source parser proposal. The IQ presentation is available on the ibis
quality website.

AR Bob Ross: Presenters from DAC Summit should confirm to Terry Roulic
troulic@sisoft.com if they are presenting at Designcon Summit ASAP. And
Even if they are presenting via teleconference. They should also make
any time for presentation requests known.

AR Open Forum: additional off line planning is required for Designcon
Summit.

- Detailed Documentation review

Suggestions from previous meeting taken care of.
Mike has updated the Waveform_processing.doc into two separate text
documents following the revision and naming conventions of the existing
documents.
    IQ_4_4_ramp_data.txt
    IQ_4_5_wave_proc.txt
These document now have keywords and quality levels added.

Mike highlighted the changes made in the ramp_data.txt document. It
was suggested that level 0 checks covered by the latest ibis parser
(3.2.9) should be indicated as such. We reviewed the intention of the
level 0 and level 1 checks terminology. It was suggested that this may
need to be added to each document. All of the documents will eventually
be combined, thus this is not necessary.
Item 3 will have the following wording added (i.e. no capacitors)
Discussion on how to crosscheck ramp to VT curves if they have similar
or the same fixture using the load line and operating point. This is not
presently done in the parser.

AR: John Angulo to investigate if a parser bug is warranted for Ramp to
VT curve cross check.

Suggested the "binary order of magnitude" be changed to "within a factor
of 2". Mike though that having the ramp off by an (decimal) order of
magnitude was insufficient.

AR: Team to independently review levels in ramp document and provide
feedback to Mike of any inconsistencies with definitions.

Next we reviewed the waveform and processing document. Mike began by
reviewing the prelude to summarize what waveform processing means.
Reviewed some of the parser checks vinh, vinl on inputs is required ,
vmeas on outputs. Briefly discussed how the IQ documentation should
handle sub models.

AR Mike: implement updates to document.
